Tell me one thing you are grateful for today. As I was picking up the WWII themed books to post today and reading the synopsis of each, it reminded me of all the things I take for granted as I read about the suffering caused by war. Today I am grateful for breakfast pizza, for a roof over my head, and friends who pick the best gifs in response to text messages. .

I thought I’d do a little round up of some of the WWII books that have been gifted to me by the publisher recently that I want to read. I read a lot of historical fiction, and most of it is WWII. These are a few on groups, or with perspectives, I haven’t read or heard of before. .

📖 “The War Outside” (YA historical fiction)

The War Outside is a YA novel that could easily cross over to adult. Set in 1944, Margot and Haruko are both interned in Crystal City, a camp for not only Japanese Americans during World War II, but also Germans who are suspected of being Nazis. .

Heyyyyyyy Guys, I have a confession to make. 😅 I ❤️ historical fiction books, like they are my favorite type of books to read especially if they are books that are set in The Civil War. Like I can’t find a historical fiction book that is not popping, I just love reading them and this book, March, is everything for me. I just love it with all my heart 😂.
