I had a pretty hard day yesterday but I’m making a

I had a pretty hard day yesterday but I’m making a conscious effort to start my day with some much needed positivity. So here are a few things I’m proud of myself for: ✨re-establishing my WORKOUT routine- After having such an unhealthy relationship with exercise/weight loss for so long, I’m relieved to be finding so much joy in a healthy workout routine. I’m having fun with it instead of just counting burned calories and I’m finally in a place where I’m okay with taking off days instead of feeling guilty. ✨staying committed to SPANISH- I’ve been trying to learn Spanish for years now and I always fall off the wagon after like a few weeks. But I’ve been really consistent throughout quarantine and have gotten further than ever before so saludos a que! ✨ taking better CARE of myself- Another positive that’s come out of quarantine it that I’ve been taking the time and space to do better for myself: eating better, processing my emotions better (mostly), establishing better skin and hair care routines. I’ve just feel like I’m such a healthier place overall. All of that to say, the bigger picture is brighter than one dark day. Tell me something you’re proud of yourself for 👇🏾
