Who belongs to a book club? Or has wanted to join one but has had trouble getting a solid group together? ( #ad ) This month all @barnesandnoble stores are hosting a community book club in-store. For this month’s book club meeting, we are reading Hank Green’s debut novel “An Absolutely Remarkable Thing”. . On October 24th at 7 p.m., grab your book loving friends and head to your local Barnes and Noble, where you can enjoy free sampler refreshments from the BN cafe, receive a BN book club bookmark, and have the chance to win a free signed copy of the book as we discuss “An Absolutely Remarkable Thing”. (You can sign up for the book club via the link in my bio to swipe up link in my stories) . I have never participated in a bookstore book club before and I’m looking forward to meeting new book lovers in my area in a setting where we can sit down and discuss a book. I love that we can do that on Instagram together, but there is something different and spectacular about sitting down next to someone and talking about a book in real time. And, if I'm being honest, I'm super curious about reading John Green's brother's book. haha. I've been hearing good things though, and I could use a dose of sci-fi and humor. . What are some of your favorite things about being part of a book club? Anyone in the East Bay Area planning to attend this book club? I’d love to coordinate a meet up! #bnbookclub #barnesandnoble
