As a family we just finished listening to “The Order of the Phoenix” on audio. We listened to the books out of order (cause after you’ve read them this many times you can do what you want.) and finished the series on that note. (and the downfall of Umbridge is a good note to end on.) . Since “Quidditch Through the Ages” recently released in audio on @pottermore , (narrated by Andrew Lincoln from The Walking Dead) and I was kindly gifted a copy for review, we’re doing that as our next family listen. If we’re going to be a Harry Potter family, I think it’s important that we are teaching our child the rules and ins and outs of Quidditch and brooms from an early age. haha. . In addition to learning about the rules and developments of the game Quidditch, there is also over an hour and a half of bonus content, which was previously written by JK Rowling for the Pottermore website back in 2014. “Andrew Lincoln narrates the history of the tournament, the voices of Ginny Potter and Rita Skeeter bring to life the 2014 Quidditch World Cup. Don’t miss out on Rita’s crowd commentary… you might even hear the names Harry, Ron, and Hermoine…” . I have all three editions of the Hogwarts Library, I admit that I’ve only read The Tales of Beedle and Bard straight through. I’ve only read bits and pieces of the other two. So I’m looking forward to finally remedying that! . What are some of your favorite audiobooks. Not all are created equal. I’d love a list of some really stellar listens! . #QuidditchThroughTheAges #Potterhead #JKRowling #HarryPotter #andrewlincoln
