Listen, I know my unboxing photos aren't very exciting. ha. My goal has always been to make it super clear what came in the box when I do an unboxing photo so there isn't any confusion. But I've also decided that I will try and make them a little more interesting to look at in the future... but today is not that day. ha. . Today I am unboxing @Littlelitjoy @litjoycrate )'s KING OF THIEVES June quarterly Middle Grade crate. I just finished reading "Rules for Thieves" yesterday and loved it (review coming later today) and I'm always delighted by the cleverness of the LitJoy team when I see the correlation between the book and the items they chose for the box. . (there are still a few more of these crates in the @LitJoyCrate shop, which can be purchased on their website) . KING OF THIEVES second quarter crate: . ✨Rules for Thieves by @alexandraottbooks (with letter from the author and signed book plate) ✨Story Thieves by @JamesRileyAuthor ✨Exclusive Activity Booklet for Rules for Thieves and Story Thieves ✨Wooden Lock and Key Puzzle . ✨Runts Candy ✨Silicone LED Watch ✨Snake Charm ✨Willy Wonka-inspired chocolate chapstick by @literaryapothecaryshop . I think the wooden key puzzle and the snake charm were my top two favorite items in the crate. The puzzle is a serious challenge, people! I love a good challenge and I'm still trying to figure this puzzle out. Also, I love love how the snake charm somewhat matches the snake on the cover and that it represents a charm that members of the Guild of Thieves carry. Makes you feel like you are a member yourself, and I love that. . Really excellent book choice and I loved seeing the items in the crate represented in the book!
