Well there was no way I was getting through a Dragon read-a-thon this month without featuring Smaug. In the end, it always comes back to Tolkein with me. . As many of you may know, for the month of November we’re ( @thebooksatchel @catebutler , and @outofthebex )encouraging people to read dragon-themed books with us OR just show us your dragon books! . My favorite post in the #dragonsandtales hashtag we are using, so far, is by @bookishsteph1 , where I found a few dragon books I hadn’t see before. . I’m realizing that while I love dragons, most of my dragon books are field guide or bestiary type books rather than novels. . I think the last Dragon novel I read was “Flamecaster” by Cinda Williams Chima earlier this year. (Which I loved and recommend!) . I’m going to try and up my game this week and try to discover and feature some more obscure dragon books. Give me some good suggestions! Which dragon reads are a must for my library?
