Alright, with the Miss Peregrine’s movie coming out tomorrow, and The Girl on the Train movie coming out on October 7th, I feel like it’s the season for creepy/thriller book-to-movie adaptation releases! . Today I’m partnering with Universal Pictures and @thegirlonthetrainmovie to share a bit about the movie! Based on Paula Hawkins’ book, actors Emily Blunt, Rebecca Ferguson, Haley Bennett, Justin Theroux, Luke Evans, Allison Janney, Edgar Ramirex, Lisa Kudrow and laura Prepon star in the DreamWorks production, directed by Tate Taylor (The Help, Get on Up), produced by Marc Platt (Bridge of Spies, Into the Woods) and adapted for the screen by Erin Cressida Wilson. . Movie Synopsis: In the thriller, Rachel (Blunt), who is devastated by her recent divorce, spends her daily commute fantasizing about the seemingly perfect couple who live in a house that her train passes every day, until one morning she sees something shocking happen there and becomes entangled in the mystery that unfolds. (Rated R) . So who has read the book and is planning on seeing the movie? (Or trying to read it before the movie comes out?) . #TheGirlontheTrain
