Do you have a favorite book to read during a particular season? Or a book/author that reminds you of a season? I always read “The Dark is Rising” around Christmas and author Morgan Matson instantly reminds me of summer. . ❄️ Huge thank you to Harper Collins/ @thomasnelson for gifting me these four classics from their Seasons collection of Fine Edition Classics. Pictured is the Winter collection— four books that take place in the winter time. “Pride and Prejudice”, “Wuthering Heights”, “Little Women”, and “A Tale of Two Cities” will release on October 28 for one print run only. All books will be first editions and numbered out of 10,000. These books feature white laser-cut designed jackets over a solid color book with gold foil stamping. The book interior has two-color printing on white paper with sewn bindings. There are eight decorative pages with designed quotes about the winter season inside, and the pages are stained in the same color as the book. I’ll open these up and show the insides on my stories today. . ❄️ I admit that I’ve watched the Little Women film more than I’ve read the book, but that’s a Christmas staple for me, too. I’m pretty excited for the new film even though Christian Bale will forever be my Laurie. I’m not always the biggest fan of remakes on remakes, but the casting is just so killer. I can’t wait. . ❄️ #littlewomen #ataleoftwocities #prideandprejudice #wutheringheights #emilybronte #janeausten #charlesdickens #louisemayalcott
